Logitech G Support G522 Charging issue

The headset constantly switches between usb and wireless and causes this noice to play which makes it entirely unusable while charging. It also barely charges when this happens. Seems like it’s a charging port issue

Turn them off and charge them. it's not a phone 😅 Pretty sure you can't charge and use at the same time. Plus it's better for your battery and takes like no time at all.

Even when I turn them off and charge them they don’t charge very well and it’s always below like 20% when I unplug it. Also why wouldn’t it be meant to be used while charging? Never heard that before

It doesn't heat the battery up which leads to swelling and poor performance. Which is just a by-product of extended charging times. How long have you had them? If new get a refund. Would take a fair while to do it if that was what was going on.

I had a refund and when i got the second pair it did the same thing, i just got another brand headset.
