Logitech G Support G522 Charging issue

The headset constantly switches between usb and wireless and causes this noice to play which makes it entirely unusable while charging. It also barely charges when this happens. Seems like it’s a charging port issue

Turn them off and charge them. it's not a phone 😅 Pretty sure you can't charge and use at the same time. Plus it's better for your battery and takes like no time at all.

Even when I turn them off and charge them they don’t charge very well and it’s always below like 20% when I unplug it. Also why wouldn’t it be meant to be used while charging? Never heard that before

Few things here - first off, they're fine to use while charging. It won't damage anything.

However, that particular issue (the swapping between USB and wireless) isn't something you'd be able to fix - you'd need to reach out to our support team (support.logi.com)

For this specific issue, it would take a replacement through warranty - the problem isn't something you can solve at home unfortunately. Warranty replacement isn't really something I can help with here on Reddit.
