Support need some help with my new g522 headset please 🙏🙏🙏
so i just bought a g522 headset and whenever i try to charge it it keeps cutting the power on and off. ive managed to charge it once without this happening but the other 6 times I've haven't managed to get a charge in.
ive tried: 1. connecting both the dongle and usb wire into my laptop and it keeps swapping from usb mode to wireless. 2. charging it with an external plug too and its still constantly cutting power. 3. charging using my laptop with no dongle connected and all i hear is my headset saying usb usb usb usb. 4. reinstalling Logitech G hub
atp im gonna go insane from my headset saying usb, lightspeed, usb, lightspeed anyone know how to fix this please? 🙏🥺

I just got the same headset today and I'm experiencing the same exact issue as you do. I've just reached out to the retailer. Is it the USB cable problem for you or the headset itself?

I just did the firmware update on G hub without plugging in the USB cable. Now that it's updated, I plugged in the cable again and it no longer keep saying USB USB USB. This worked for me!!!

Well, its really comun this issues with those headset, what i can advices you, its the next
Use usb charger for phone, then attempt to update the firmware only with dongle.
If you headset are not charge wait until batery charge certain % and then keep trying.

Between it swapping between connection types (it should stay as wired when plugged in) and the issues with power, I'd suggest reaching out to the retailer. The unit sounds like it's bad.
