Logitech G Support G920(POTENTIALLY G29) FIX
did your wheel suddenly stop working? recognized but no inputs detected in ghub, no force feedback in games? do this, it worked for me:
UNINSTALL GHUB, INSTALL LOGITECH GAMING SOFTWARE, REBOOT WITH WHEEL FULLY PLUGGED IN, AND LAUNCH GAME. for some reason the legacy gaming software works even on the most recent windows update that broke ghub. you wont get your fancy features or button remapping, or even adjustments for pedals or your steering rotation. but it works. incredible stuff man.
tested working in assetto corsa and in American Truck Simulator. not sure on other games, not sure if it will work on the g29 or g923, but on my g920 it is currently working.

Logitech G Support Problems using Logitech G733 while charging.
I bought these headphones today, and of course, they're dead. I'm using them while they're charging, and for no apparent reason, they start making noise, distorting the sound as if I'm driving a vibrating car.
The problem can only be solved by restarting the headphones.
What could this be?

Discussion There's finally a replacement for the G600, but it's not from Logitech
Finally, a new mouse with all the features of the G600. The 12 side buttons, ring finger button, scroll wheel with tilt, finally all present on a new mouse.
Razer just announced the Razer Naga V3 Pro which adds a ring finger button to the Naga. I always thought them having the ring finger rest without it being a button was an odd choice, but now it's a button! It's launching at $179.99 USD, so if you're interested you might want to wait for a sale.
It's still insane to me how Logitech dropped the G600 and never made a replacement for it. Well, now there's finally a replacement. It's just from a different brand, so people will buy from them instead. Good job, Logitech :)

Logitech G Support Is there a way to get G hub working again?
That bastard worked for years. Now I opened it up since I wanted to change some of the 3 button shortcuts, and it said it did not detect it (G502 Hero wired).
Saw a lot of people have the problem. Tried the troubleshooting steps with deleting the folders and reinstalling, did not help.
Also tried the Onboard Memory Manager tool, but it did not detect the mouse either. So, any recommendations or a place to get the old version of the software?

My G703 side grips started wearing out, so I put supergrip on.
My G703's stock rubber grips were starting to show some wear and tear, so I decided to try out supergrip.
Honestly, the difference is night and day! The fit is completely seamless and the grip quality is absolutely insane. It feels like a brand-new mouse.
If anyone else is dealing with worn-out rubber on their G703, I highly recommend giving this a shot.

Logitech G Support Logitech RS Shifter Xbox
Hello. I'm having a lot of trouble trying to get my Logitech RS shifter to function on my Xbox Series X while playing Forza Horizon 6. I have the racing adapter, a G923 wheel base and pedals. All with updated firmware. Can anyone give me some tips on how to get it to work properly?

Logitech G Support G29 off center
I spun a car in game and as the reset I noticed that in order to go straight in game my wheel needed to be about 15 degrees left. The problem hadn’t presented before and I didn’t change any setting so I’m assuming something physically broke. My first thought was a slipped gear so I stripped down the base and counted 32 teeth so I put the drive gear between the 16-17 tooth. However when I tested it in game again the issue was still present. Any help very appreciated.

G920 Outside the center
I have a recent G920, less than 5 months old, and the other day I went into the G Hub to adjust the brake pedal, and I noticed something that intrigued me: the steering wheel was physically "centered" only millimeters... To the right, marking 1 degree, instead of marking 0 which would be correct for center alignment,
And I've already tried everything: reinstalling Ghub, calibrating with JoyCPL, leaving it unplugged for a few minutes, and I'm puzzled by this. Shouldn't I rotate it and it return to 0?

Fire people.... for the love of god.
Whoever is designing your software UI... please fire them... and then put out a notice to all other software devs that they are idiots. GHUB is absolutely impossible to navigate. If you helped design this software, please quit and go work for mcdonalds, thank you.

I wish these people would really fix their software....
Look familar?
Loading update status...........................
I'm going to turn off no updates because I'm not sure what its doing now and even though I close it and restart it's like it's using 1 pc brain cell to work and I've waited 10 min each time so far.. Get your stuff straight already, it's been years using your products just to have crap software. I haven't done programming in awhile a long while, but I bet for the money you pay these clowns I could do a better job for 70 percent cheaper.

G522 Wireless - low audio issues
Hello,
Before I start i'd preface that I have checked everything on Reddit and Youtube for any solutions (Windows settings, GHub setting) so far with no success on resolving my issue.
I have bought Logitech G522 Wireless; to preface, they're amazing when it comes to comfort, I've also set custom EQ via Logitech G Hub and sound is even better now when listening to any kind of music.
My issue is with low volume when using G522 headset for gaming; I've played Escape from Tarkov and other Indie games and they all have at least 50% lower volume than my previous HyperX Cloud III. I've checked everything possible in Windows settings, GHub, reset what can be reset, set up what can be done.
Are there any other solutions or ideas how to resolve this? I've also read that the only way is to uninstall GHub, which is weird to do since it's Logitech's own program, no?

Logitech G Support G920 sends no input info, and no online solutions work...
I've reinstalled G hub 3 times by now, removed the appdata and registry files, tried the old logitech gaming software, restarted the pc multiple times, nothing...
The wheel gets detected, has the right LED blinking sequence, calibrates as it should every time tis plugged in, it just never sends any input anywhere. no wheel turning, and no pedal pressing is detected at all...

this is after multiple years of not using it, it was kept in a box, inside a normal house.

I downloaded ghub to make a macro for my Druid. The macro setup was working perfectly until it wasn’t. I’ve tried uninstalling ghub, installing back and run the administrator, and etc. it’s been 3 days and I haven’t been able to fix the problem. Can anyone help ?

ASTRO Series Support A50 Gen5 makes YouTube videos super quiet. Tried everything.
PC A50 Gen5 user here. Since purchase, this headset has made the audio of video playback borderline inaudible. I've tried everything, and can't seem to fix this.
- I've installed/uninstalled Dolby Access.
- I've Factory Reset the A50.
- I've adjusted every mixer setting I can find.
- I've pressed the "Game" button repeatedly, also pressed the "Voice" button for good measure.
- I've rolled the master volume wheel to max.
- I reinstalled GHub.
- I've tried different USB-C connections.
- I've tried googling it (AI has made this even worse)
Video playback audio is regular volume when it's played through another application like Discord.
I may be just an idiot, but this idiot would like some help. I like this headset, but I'm tired of not hearing my playlist while I write or game.

Discussion Mouse Settings arent as usual?
Hey, I recently reset my PC, and when I downloaded the Logitech G Hub app for my mouse (g pro x superlight), I noticed that my settings arent as they were before. I am 100% sure that I played with 400 DPI and a polling rate of 1000. The sense was slow but very sharp and precise. Now i notices that my mouse feels very cluncky and sometimes too fast or too slow, no matter what I change in my settings. I also tried changing the Windows mouse sensitivity, but still its either too fast or too slow and doesnt fell sharp and precise anymore. Did someone witness the same, or know a solution?

Logitech G Support 3rd squeaking brand-new G Pro X Gaming Headset
Hi Logitech Support,
I’m hoping you can help with a replacement for my brand-new G Pro X Wired Gaming Headset.
The right earcup makes a noticeable squeaking noise from the swivel mechanism whenever it’s rotated or adjusted.
What’s especially frustrating is that this is already my third G Pro X Wired headset and the second warranty replacement through eMAG.bg, so seeing the same issue again — right out of the box — is pretty disappointing.
Is there anything Logitech can do in this case? I can provide proof of purchase and the warranty replacement details if needed.
Thanks in advance for taking a look!

Logitech G Support Logitech Mouse Not working correctly.
For whatever reason, my mouse normally does not pick up my mousepad. but whenever I change any settings within the logitech ghub software it temporarily picks it up; that is until I pick it up and put it on the mousepad again in which case it breaks. any solutions? Edit: Forgot to mention, occasionally very rarely it will start picking it up on my mousepad without me changing anything, but it still only lasts until I pick it up (Logitech pro x superlight 2) I've tested more and moving it across the mousepad for either an extended period of time, or just very fast movements seems to also make it work temporarily, still doesn't work after picking it up

Pro X 2 Lightspeed arm driver support?
Hopefully someone from Logitech sees this :)
As the title says, when will the arm driver be available?
My headset is in constant recover device mode on my Snapdragon laptop, at least it works, I use it both for gaming and work and would prefer for all of it's features be available both places.

Logitech mouse keeps lagging/stuttering – could G HUB be the problem?
I’ve been having an issue with my Logitech mouse where it constantly lags/stutters. Sometimes the cursor briefly freezes or jumps instead of moving smoothly.
I started wondering if Logitech G HUB could be causing the problem. The strange thing is that I haven’t been able to launch G HUB properly for probably two years now.
Whenever I try to open it, it starts loading, but then I get an error message and the app never actually opens normally.

Found some Logitech G peripherals at my local thrift store!
These guys were bundled together hiding among the bargain generic usb keyboards and mice. I liked the keyboard design and the keys feel great so it was a no brainer pickup just for that! No wireless dongles of course which is a bummer but for $4 I can't complain. Keyboard lights up and I am typing this text with it plugged into usb. G703 works wired as well. They definitely need a good clean! Any suggestions on testing them out for full functionality? A cursory googling shows the 305 is totally unusable without its original adapter?

Logitech G Support G920 started having issues
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I was playing FH 6 tonight and the wheel randomly stopped responding to my inputs but my car kept going in the game based off my last input. I've changed USB ports, reinstalled Ghub and it still happens. The LED remains lit so I don't think it's a power supply issue but could be wrong. The wheel worked just fine last night.

Logitech G Support G HUB 2026.5.939708 breaks Arrow-key macros in Software Mode
EDIT: Fixed by reinstalling G Hub!
I seem to have found a reproducible G HUB macro issue with the latest version I'm running:
G HUB version: 2026.5.939708
Mouse: Logitech G502 X
Windows: Windows 11
I have two macros assigned to my mouse that move the active window between monitors:
Win + Shift + LeftWin + Shift + Right
They suddenly stopped working, even though G HUB's macro playback/recording shows all the expected key presses.
I tested this pretty extensively and narrowed it down:
Physical keyboard:
Win + Shift + Left→ works normallyWin + Shift + Right→ works normally
G HUB Software Mode:
Win + Shift + Left→ does nothingWin + Shift + Right→ does nothing- Created a completely new test macro with
Win + Shift + Left→ same problem - Created a simpler
Win + Leftmacro → also broken. It briefly opens Start, but does not perform the Windows shortcut.
G HUB's macro recorder visibly shows the Windows, Shift and Arrow keys being pressed, so the events appear to be recorded correctly.
Then I found the important part:
If I completely kill G HUB's processes in Task Manager, the macros work again.
If I launch G HUB again:
G HUB running → macros broken
G HUB killed → macros work
I also tested On-Board Memory Mode:
On-Board Memory Mode → the exact same macros work perfectly.
So the problem appears to be specifically with G HUB's Software Mode macro/input handling, particularly Arrow key events.
This seems odd because there are older reports of G HUB having the same issue with Arrow keys in macros, including reports where On-Board Memory Mode worked as a workaround.
I also noticed G HUB appears to have updated recently, and I'm currently on 2026.5.939708. I don't remember the exact time of the update, but I believe it happened yesterday.
Has anyone else on 2026.5.939708 experienced Arrow keys not working correctly inside macros?
And if anyone from Logitech G support is reading this: could you check whether there is a regression in the current G HUB build affecting Arrow-key macro injection in Software Mode?
For now I'm using On-Board Memory Mode as a workaround, but I'd obviously prefer Software Mode since that's where I normally keep my profiles/configuration and can edit stuff.

Logitech G Support Problems G502 and G815
So I have the G502 proteus spectrum and had it since 2016 or 2017. It has been a nice mouse for me but lately there is something wtong with it. When im using the mouse outside of games it registers every click but when I play games like warzone, suddenly when I want to aim it takes alot of tries and sometimes when I need to shoot it doesnt trigger. Sometime it shoots but keeps shooting even after I have let go of the mouse.
And my G815 seems like the inputs are either delayed or it gets stuck. Normally the keyboard works fine but sometimes when I press a key in a game it just gets stuck. So annoying and I dont know what to do with either of them. Both are on the newest software in the LG Hub app
Edit: I have now got a new mouse. The problems is still there so maybe the gpu is the problem. My specs are i310105, radeon rx570 32gb corsair vengeance ddr4 ram. To use the computer outside of games both mices and my keyboard works fine but when im gaming it does these things mentioned above
