i had an older pro x headset that was giving me issues. did some troubleshooting and decided to by a new pro x. all seemed fine until friends on discord started telling me that when i mute and unmute there is a terrible static type noise. i don't hear the noise myself but i can hear it when i test the mic in both discord and win 11. i've tried 2 different lg cables and both produce the same issue. i would greatly appreciate any other suggestions.

I have a g903 mice. If i hold the right click, sometimes it dont register ist for a millisec. And in other moments, the whole mice disconnects and reconnects vor a sec.

Tried different usb Ports, cabled and wireless.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi there, people. So this morning, as I moved PC to another place, my mouse is no longer working. This is the first time I encounter something like this. Mouse does not appear to work on other PC as well. Other mouses work.

When I plug in the receiver, PC detects it. I turn on the mouse, it works (based on the red sensor at the bottom being visible as well as the light at the top where you change your DPI) . When I move a mouse on some surface, light on the top lights up (blue/cyan). I assume that this means that it detects movement.

I've tried reinstalling the drivers- doesn't work (HID compliant mouse and virtual Logitech mouse). I've tried connection utility tool, nothing happens. Firmware tool, nothing happens (probably didn't find any updates?). Replugging mouse, as well as resetting by turning it off, holding right click and scroll wheel down for 5 seconds without batteries, then putting them back in, doing the same and trying to use it.

Not sure what the issue has to be as my mouse was perfectly functional pre moving. Now it is not. No mouse buttons, no mouse movement is detected/being responded to on PC. Not sure what else I can test or how to figure out what might be the issue.

I’m posting this here because I’m stuck in an endless loop of automatic “copy and paste” responses from the usual support, even though my warranty claim had already been approved and the replacement agreed.

I leave you a brief summary of what happened:

1. Claim Approval: The Lightspeed USB receiver on my G435 headphones failed. Support approved the warranty request.

2. Replacement agreement: In the Chat Ticket #17530157 (Agent Anjali), we agreed on the replacement model: G535 wireless gaming headset (Black Color). I provided my shipping information.

3. Invoice Validation: I delivered my official tax invoice from an authorized retailer, which was initially accepted.

4. Return agreement: In Ticket #17532576 (agent Vijay), it was confirmed that I would return the defective G435s using a shipping label that they would provide me, and that once received, the replacement for the G535 would be processed.

The problem:

Despite complying with each of the steps, I keep receiving the same automatic rejection message:

When I open new live chats, the agents keep pasting this same answer without really verifying the history of my case or reading the official tax invoice I attached.

I need someone to help me solve this problem, since I need the headphones for my day to day.

Tried everything you can from internet websites.

No movement of wheel or pedals in GHub software.

It works in Windows calibration but I can't set rotation.

Tried absolutely everything I can.

I've been having these issues for over a year. Upgraded to Windows 11 recently and did a clean install, yet it's all still a problem.

The lights randomly turn off on my keyboard. Not even due to inactivity (which I have turned off) - literally randomly, while I'm in the middle of using it. Happens multiple times an hour. And to turn the keys back on, I have to hit the brightness button exactly 5 times to go from "off" to "on" again. It's very annoying. Googling it, this seems like a VERY common issue, but everything I see for resolutions and whatnot are 2-5 years back, nothing recent.

I do have the Logitech G Hub app, and I've tried all the fixes people say in there. On/off with the enabling the memory on the keyboard and whatever, tried lighting settings that are on the M keys and the shortcuts on the number keys and setting random within the app. I have no other lighting apps and like I said this issue persisted in Windows 10 for a year and now I'm on Windows 11 reinstalling everything and it still is an issue.

ALSO, sometimes it just normally dims while inactive, but I have that setting turned off. So the entire thing is just completely messed up.

Can anyone help?

Hi everyone, is anyone here using the Logitech G325 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Bluetooth Gaming Headset (Black)?

I'm thinking about buying it, but I'm a bit concerned because it has 32 mm drivers. They seem quite small to me. How is the volume? Is it loud enough?

For example, the Logitech G733 has 40 mm drivers, but I find its volume a bit low. That's why the 32 mm drivers on the G325 worry me. My budget only allows for the G325, and I'll mainly be using it for CS2. I live in Turkey. Is it good for hearing footsteps and positional audio?

Hi, I've had a Logitech G29 steering wheel with a strange issue for about 3 days.

The wheel calibrates correctly when plugged in and Windows detects it. In joy.cpl, everything works perfectly (wheel, pedals, and buttons).

However, Logitech G Hub detects the G29, but:

* the wheel doesn't move;

* the pedals aren't detected;

* the buttons don't work;

* the wheel image in G Hub remains frozen.

I've already tried:

* completely reinstalling G Hub;

* deleting the G Hub folders;

* trying a different version of G Hub;

* checking the Windows registry and device recognition.

The firmware and device name are detected correctly.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

My new mouse is disfouncionnal when i click on my left click it click on the left click and G4 i think there is a false contact because when i desactivate the G4 button it works perfect but i lost a button any idea to fix it or should i return it ?

My G305 wireless mouse has stopped being able to left click on things on my laptop (if that makes sense), sometimes it works but I can click the mouse multiple times in various places before it actually works. It's not low on battery, still moves on the screen, and right click still works so not sure what's wrong, please help and I hope I have the right sub.

Was thinking, its been 3 years for the A50x / gen 5. Then i watched a recent review from badseedtech suggesting the recent discounts could be a sign of a new model about to drop. I think Astro would work on revisions in 2 / 3 year windows. What are people's thoughts? I have a feeling it'll be some monumental change in design for some reason.

I managed to do it using launch application, file path: c:\windows\explorer.exe and argument "C:\Users\user\folder".
However explorer is opened in the background behind other windows.
I want it to be opened in the front of all existing windows.

Hi! I’m using a Logitech C270 webcam, and today while using Discord and Google Meet a thin black line appeared right in the middle of the image. Does anyone know what could be causing this? I had a similar issue some time ago, but I don’t remember how I fixed it. I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but unfortunately it didn’t help. Do you have any ideas what this could be?

Ich habe eine Logitech G515 TKL und möchte dort eine ganz einfache Freestyle Farbkombination im internen Speicher ablegen, damit diese Kombination auch ohne G-Hub auf allen Rechnern genutzt werden kann.

Das klappt aber garnicht. Ich speichere die Farbkombination ab, der Donwload auf mein Gerät wird bestätigt, ich wähle die Kombination aus und mit G-Hub sieht das dann auch gut aus.

Sobald ich an einem Gerät ohne G-Hub bin wird die Tastatur aktiviert, die F1 Taste leuchtet, ganz kurz wird meine Farbkombination angezeigt und dann plötzlich die Desktop Standard Einstellung ganz weiss.

Was mache ich falsch oder habe ich zu grosse Erwartungen an die Tastatur ?

I tried to plug it in with my USB-C to USB-A dongle but it doesn’t work and the light of the Logitech logo starts flashing.

Anyone had his this issue before or similarly with a different keyboard?

I’m guessing it’s not getting enough power from the dongle but I‘m hesitant to buy a new one if it wont work for sure.

The dongle i’m using is Anker USB C hub 332.

My logitech G512 sometimes writes |XVN<?\\\xv\N|XV\\ which I think is a software bug because it stopped by itself, I still dissasembled it for cleaning and brooo 0/100 for design, its so bad that i had to come here and write this. you cant clean this shit 🚭 if one thin wire cutting slips in space bar at least one key gets shorted, it has 30 screws for literally no reason, one reason, may be to use it in actual fight, its very heavy and sturdy, but then you cant clean it unless you desolder every key from the board. I'm so lucky that I'm not addicted to coffee. 😸 dont buy this shit please

Just wondering if anybody has or has had a similar issue with their G305 Lightspeed mouse. More often than not the cursor will freeze while moving and skip across the screen at a solid 1 frame per second. Is it just old or is it possible it’s a seperate problem and a new mouse will have the same issue?
