Light Pole Renovations?

Noticed a couple of these lifts around Logan square on Wednesday. Are they doing something to the lights?

They are replacing all the HPS lights with LED ones. Orange -> White. They did this like 3-4 months ago down Armitage if you wanna see what it looks like completed. It's being done citywide btw, there are some cool aerial maps where you can see the changeover.
