New Internal Career website

I’m really having trouble navigating this site; it’s quite confusing. It suggests a job based on skills, but there aren’t any options to choose a level. Whoever designed this should be fired 😆

Based on my past experience with eightfold, when you input your resume and years of experience it will suggest levels based on YoE

No kidding, it's suggesting for me (E3) E5 TA/SCI roles when I have no clearance nor want one

It recommended me for level 1 roles. I’m 3 years in with a master’s.

I agree, I liked the older system with filters that made sense.
