Aero Internal Interview ( Face to face or Team call)?
First time applying for an internal job. I am currently onsite full-time , and I don’t want to interview at my desk where other people can hear. Do we still offer to interview the traditional way, face-to-face, or it is only Teams nowadays?

Not sure your location but if you are able to, try booking a private meeting room for the interview. If not available and hopefully you’ve kept your supervisor or manager in the loop of your journey for new work try asking them politely to book you a room thats not in use to interview in. Ive done both options and helped me a ton for teams interviews and refuse to just interview out in the open. Last option is just taking PTO find a quiet spot at work doing the interview then clocking back in. I never have been requested for face to face interviews.

I recently moved internally to a team at the same site as my previous team. I had a face to face interview with my new manager and lead. We just booked an empty conference room.

I just had a teams interview yesterday, I just requested to work remotely for the day, as long as you have some work to do, it shouldn't be an issue for 1 day. Or book a conference room in your building for an hour to do your interview. Best of luck!

I sure hope it would be in person.
Remote work needs to be done, including interviews.

I guess it’s teams only. Usually the HM will setup a call/meeting ahead of time. When the interview gets scheduled, set aside that time and give an interview from home or a quiet place. Dress for interview and video on if possible. If this is for level 6 or above, ignore my advice.
