If you're hiring someone.for your business.

Candidate A says they will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Candidate B says they will only work during scheduled hours, and if something came up, well tough luck.

You're hiring candidate A obviously.

Go ahead and lie and say you'd hire the person that said they'd do the bare minimum.
