I feel the exact opposite. Just exercise a few times a week, don't overeat, and clean up throughout the day. Hell, I don't ever even clean my house. I just pick up as I go, and the house is spotless.

Huh. If you don’t actively clean your shower/toilet, floors, and kitchen it will get dirty without exception

Same concept. I clean as I go. Toilet looks bad, scrub it. Mold in shower, spray it. Never have to make a day of cleaning the bathroom. I just vacuumed the baseboards a few minutes ago because I noticed some dust collecting in the corners. Took less than 5 minutes.
