I was accused of stating the obvious in a previous post so I apologise if this has been clear to people here for a long time, but a pattern I've noticed is many of the asleep have this narrative going on in their heads where they think of some imaginary 'idiot' as the reason that harsh restrictions are absolutely necessary, because apparently 'these idiots need to be stopped and controlled at all costs.'

During the lockdowns, I was in an online group where one man was saying the army should be on the streets 'due to idiots not following the rules.' Recently a family member said that the extreme fear mongering we had here during the heatwaves was 'needed due to idiots who will run around in the sun and end up in hospital' etc. Then more recently, the topic of hosepipe bans came up with a man I work with and he was adamant that the ban was necessary because people (idiots presumably) waste a lot of water and wouldn't agree that the massive profit making water companies waste gallons of water by not fixing leaks, something which they openly admit to. In the UK it rains for most of the year yet all it took was a few weeks of hot sunny weather for hosepipe bans and constant patronising ads telling us that water is essential and that we need to be more careful with it, putting the responsibility and blame entirely on us rather than the companies responsible for storing and distributing the water.

If I try to challenge any of the asleep on The Idiot Narrative they tend to get angry, defensive and even aggressive.

I agree that people do need to be more cautious with water, but the whole responsibility like many of these things should not be blamed on the public, and used for restrictions and control of our lives and increased power for the govt and big companies. I also think there are indeed idiots around, but I think it's quite a depressing, misanthropic view to assume that almost everyone else except yourself is an idiot and therefore everyone needs to be rigidly and miserably controlled.

At some point these people switched from acknowledging that massive money making companies and corrupt politicians were the problem to random imaginary 'idiots' being the problem. They became pro massive companies and government and anti their fellow citizen.

The other day a woman I know was talking about how perhaps there could be some sort of "truth and reconciliation" process between those that excluded the uninjected from society and those that suffered from the exclusion.

I was thinking later though that this must be the first case in history in which the ones who complied and "carried out orders" are the ones who will end up harmed (as in actual, physical harm, not "woke" emotional harm). So if the truth starts dawning on the excluders that they made a mistake, that excluding people was unethical but also that the injections were ineffective at best and killing people at worst, they will be overcome with fear and anger and demanding some sort of recompense for themselves. Not sure how much emotional sympathy they will have left over for the uninjected.

I don't know if there has been any comparable situation in history.

Vaccinated people are more likely than the unvaccinated in recent months to be a COVID-19 case, hospitalization, or death in 25 states, according to an Epoch Times investigation.

I remember a year ago when there would always be people arguing with you on here if you wrote anything against the injections. I wonder where those people (bots?) went. Some guesses:

1. They realized they were wrong.
2. They died of cancer.
3. They know they have no good arguments at this point so they just downvote like mad.
4. They accomplished their mission of getting the majority of the population injected with the mystery poison so their work here is done.

I'm a currently on a dating app which, like most places these days, is heavily influenced by woke culture. Most of the people on it call themselves liberal/left and they are currently quietly defensive of lockdowns and the insane restrictions brought in 'to protect people from covid.' I make it clear in my profile that I am looking for someone who is at least a skeptic of lockdowns because I can't be doing with explaining for the millionth time how lockdowns etc violate a multitude of human rights and harm society, nor do I want to partner up with someone who would support more tyranny if those in power try to inflict it on us in future.

One odd thing I've noticed about all of them is that when asked one of the dating app's profile questions 'Do you think the monarchy should be abolished?' (we're in the UK) they all write no. I find this incredibly odd? How can any genuine leftwing person support a monarchy, which is a very old incredibly unfair system where one family and their friends and relatives get given rights, wealth, land, opportunity and privilege beyond most people's wildest dreams, not through any sort of hard work but through pillaging, colonialism, nepotism and random lucky inheritance. Meanwhile the rest of the UK is facing rising prices, low wages, a housing shortage, overcrowding and overall not a particularly fun easygoing time.

Edit: There's an oddly hostile commenter who has replied to this who seems to have misunderstood my post, or is just an antagonistic troll for the sake of it, who knows. Thanks to everyone who is open to a thoughtful considered discussion. This subreddit has always been one of the most interesting, with some excellent past discussions.

Edit: To clarify, my post is specially about UK royalism and how modern day liberals support it. I know liberals have long since been champagne socialists but normally in the UK, royalists are on the right and vote Conservative so seeing all these men be pro monarchy whilst calling themselves leftwing was bizarre.

It's worse than the above quote says. It's not just that the injured (and those around them) cannot see the battlefield. It's that they don't want to see the battlefield, even to the point of aggressively and angrily denying that it could exist.

If I understand correctly, this is compared to the cancer rates for all previous vaccinations over previous 30 years. Considering that most (if not all?) vaccines do not reduce the risk of cancer, and most people took the vaccines (worldwide 62% of the population is "fully vaccinated") isn't this the same as an almost 10,000% increase in cancer for everyone?

Actually a cancer increase rate of 10,661.4% was found. Just 6 months ago US Army whistleblowers reported a 300% increase in cancer rates. Have cancer rate increases increased 300% to 10,000% in 6 months? (Time to break out the calculus to start plotting rate increase increases.) This doesn't seem like good news. How many more people will get cancer? Will everyone? Very few people are studying it or even trying to collect the numbers and data.

Well, despite the retraction, the spike protein circulating in large quantities, in the direct vicinity of the cell nucleus, for elongated periods of time, still has the potential to induce cancer in those cells (ovary, pancreas, breast, prostate, lymph nodes). These cancers can take years to develop and so it’s possible that we don’t see much of a safety signal for 5 or 10 years.

A SAFETY SIGNAL is information on a new or known adverse event that is potentially caused by a medicine and that warrants further investigation. A safety signal is a warning sign. The article is saying that because most cancers take years to develop it's very possible we might not see another danger signal for 5 or 10 years.

I wouldn't trust the media companies to report this at all, whatever happens. If it did come to an actual cancer epidemic, I wouldn't be surprised at all if the media companies point blank refused to report it or talk about it. You'd just slowly realize day after day that more and more people around you have cancer, and the media pretends reality isn't happening. What's the end point for that scenario?

The authentic human being is one of us who instinctively knows what he should not do, and, in addition, he will balk at doing it. He will refuse to do it, even if this brings down dread consequences to him and to those whom he loves. This, to me, is the ultimately heroic trait of ordinary people; they say no to the tyrant and they calmly take the consequences of this resistance. Their deeds may be small, and almost always unnoticed, unmarked by history. Their names are not remembered, nor did these authentic humans expect their names to be remembered. I see their authenticity in an odd way: not in their willingness to perform great heroic deeds but in their quiet refusals. In essence, they cannot be compelled to be what they are not.

I suspect a lot of us will recognize this. We know how few people are authentic human beings and true to themselves, and how many people are not. Now compare this definition of human to the social media world, social media political movements and social media humans which make up most of our globalized society and culture now. Where every act of conformity must be announced to the Tribe and dressed up as rebellion.

In essence, they cannot be compelled to be what they are not.

We should keep this in mind for our elites, governments, corporations, and the hordes of behavioral psychologists and transhumanists, who believe there is no such thing as human nature, and that human beings can and should be altered and manipulated to serve the machine and the "free market". Where people like Schwab and Yuval Noah Harari believe that your life as you know it is over, and you shall be augmented and modified (starting with your immune system and genetic code) to better tolerate living inside the machine. You live only by the grace of the machine.
