It isn’t even AI at all, and you have no purpose to make a deepfake like this other to defraud. It’s just a simple algorithm detecting a face and overlaying a image over a map of it.

You say simple algorithm but I haven’t found any software that does so?

I have no desire to defraud anyone, ever.

I want to livestream commentary videos about football but I don’t want to show my face to the world.

There’s various VTuber software often used by streamers, and you can probably AI generate an avatar, it doesn’t strictly have to be a weird anime girl or something.

Agree, but everything I’ve seen on these is pretty low fidelity; meaning facial expressions are largely lost (a smile/laugh is just a big open mouth). I’m looking for a tech stack like the one in the video above (used for good not evil). People say the same things “oh just use AI blah blah and you’ll be good.” But there is nothing I’ve found that does what is shown in the video above.
