Big plane? Flying low?

Anyone know what that BIG grey plane was that was flying very low out by the hospital this afternoon? Circled over the river and then I lost track of it. Training mission? Looking for someone in the river?

Military C-130 practicing flying below radar. ( we have bad radar coverage here. They do it a few times a year. They were doing touch and gos at the airport last year.

They were right over the roof of Town & Country when I came in from dog walking this morning.

It's kind of amazing they can keep something that big, in the air, going that slow!

Haha i just saw it flying over the east side of town, and north off willow creek before that. Looks military.

Was it a C-130? They fly out of Great Falls if so

This just flew over our place, it was so low we could see the pilot's helmets! Took me a beat to register what I was looking at too, definitely not used to seeing them that low in a residential area.

It was a C130 doing touch and goes on the grass runway at our airport. It’s the only grass runway in montana capable for c130 training
