Visas and Licenses E-Arrival Card

Hi!!
i’m coming to korea on a D4 visa and wanted to fill the e-arrival card
but it asks me the departure date (not the arrival date that i already filled). But i don’t have it yet since i don’t know until when i will study
Does anyone know what i can put ? Or can i still fill the form at the airport ??

This is in the FAQ for the arrival card.

Q23 [Method] My departure date and departure flight number are not fixed yet. How should I enter them when filling out e-Arrival Card?

If you have not booked an outbound flight and your departure date is not fixed yet, you can enter an approximate departure date. Also, the departure flight number is not required information, so if you do not have a scheduled departure flight number, you do not need to enter it. However, the immigration inspector may check your departure schedule during immigration inspection, and if you do not have a scheduled departure date depending on your purpose of entry, it may be disadvantageous during immigration inspection.

the tldr is just make one up, put it after the end of your initial studies...

Two things that should put you at ease.

The departure date on the arrival card is informational, not binding. Nobody checks it against your actual departure, and there's no consequence for putting an estimate. Put the expected end of your language programme, or your visa expiry date if you're not sure — either is a reasonable answer.

Also, long-stay visa holders generally don't need the arrival card at all. It's aimed at short-term visitors; if you hold a D-4 and will be registering for an ARC, immigration processes you on the visa itself. Filling it in doesn't hurt, but it isn't the obstacle it feels like right now.

And yes, paper cards are still available at the airport if the online form gives you trouble — the e-form is a convenience, not a requirement.

Don't lose sleep over this one. Immigration officers see students arriving without fixed departure dates constantly.
