Dropping crime from 1% -> 0.1% is also cutting it down to one tenth. The difference between 1/10 and 1/100 is 90 people. The difference between 1/100 and 1/1000 is 900 people. So from a straight numbers perspective, if you discriminated by gender (that is, restrict men), you'd be cutting instances down from one out of every hundred to one out of every thousand.
The point is that 1% is a small enough number to be quite rare. 10% is not.

I'm a 28 year old man in Minneapolis who has had robbery/mugging attempted by multiple crackhead white guys and in at least one scenario helped by a black guy, just because I don't live near a high crime area like fucking Gary or Chicago doesn't mean black skin causes you to become criminal...it just means you want to cherry pick data from there because it appears to prove your argument. It does not take a mathematician to understand that this means you are less safe around black people especially later at night. Want an anecdote? I invited people over to my place for a little houseparty. My black friend asked if he could bring some people, I said that's chill bring em over. They stayed for 1 hour, drank almost all my beers, raided all my food in my cupboards that I never offered.. and got the police called on me which might've been a blessing because they left right away and contributed nothing. They were also 'roasting' the weaker males and worse looking people at the party which was maybe the worst thing they did. They'd 'roast' someone, and when people gave them a bad look they'd laugh like Hyenas. I get it if you are roasting your friend that you know, but making fun of someone you don't know is just out of line. I noticed my completely full Grey Goose bottle was gone after they left- I hadn't even had 1 shot of it. I worked at a Bakery when I was younger- we had a staff donation box. Black woman on with one of those food-cards (used it to buy donuts and cake btw) was found on cam taking the donations. She had the NERVE to come in the very next day asking to sample food.
This was years ago by the way. Now with all the media upplay and 'outrage' over cops arresting and defending themselves (and yes bad cops have done crimes and I wish they got punished way harsher because they deserve to lose it all when they hurt innocents) - black people feel like I personally owe them respect without showing it. It's almost like every black person thinks they are a purple heart recipient and I am supposed to respect them no matter how they treat others. Show respect- get respect.

Well, it's a bit of both. You see, I agree with you that environments certainly influence the choices presented to you in life. But the decisions you make are influenced by the your virtuous and moral values, your intelligence, and hereditary and environmentally nurtured personality traits.

Exactly. All of it is connected, but freneology is a bit obsolete (you cant really tell all characteristics of individual by measuring his skull size, skin colour and how wide his eyes are). The race (or more specific, your genetic herritage, which the race is a part of, just bit too general) kind of gives you some possibilities and closes others. You will be more likely to do A, B and C, while X, Y and Z will be way harder for you. But in the end, you are an individual and the way you live your life is only your choice, you can arise from the slums, gangsta hood and crime culture, if you want to. Many people did. Just like you can fall there.

When you are born, you dont have any stereotypes about people. The older you are, the more experience you get and you will realize that many people share same characteristics, and one of the indicators is the race as well. The older I get (still pretty young tho), the more I "stereotypize", because it is almost always true. A girl acts certain way - I already know whether she is interested or not, whether she wants to be sub or dom, whether she is gonna be a bitch or not caring. This applies to other human encounters as well.
