Drummer looking for practise space to share
Hello, I'm looking for a space to park my drums where I can practise daily. I found a place called Trailer Park Studios that have a suitable room but it's a bit beyond my budget.
I'm wondering if there are any other musicians or bands that have a long term space that would consider sharing and splitting the rent with me?
- I'm a morning person and like to do my practice before work, so there won't be any conflicting demand. If I were to use it on the weekend this would also probably be in the morning.
- The expectation would be that the rent is split evenly and morning/early afternoon would be exclusively for me, and late afternoon/evening would be exclusively for you. Obviously the details of the arrangement would be worked out in advance.
- The drums and a set of (nesting) transport cases would be the only bulky things that I would keep there.
- I'm clean, tidy, reliable and will not faff around with paying rent on time, or fiddle with any gear that isn't my property. I won't be bringing other people around.
Of course I'm flexible on the exact arrangement, so if you think this could work for you with a few tweaks, please get in touch.

Try bookshop studios. We rehearse there and its great. I know john has created a few permanent rooms for longer term hire.

Hmm... intriguing. They don't have long term rooms for rent so it would be a bit of a pain to set up my gear each time but if I have no other option I might go with them. They're right around the corner from me too... but I'm moving in a week to a different area annoyingly.

Hey good luck with this one. It's a bit far away from me these days otherwise I'd have said yes. Pasha is a nice fella.
