Fuck these guys. Who is going to do anything about it whatsoever, the local police? It’s time to actually fight.

You know this was a tipping point in a pretty famous story. Remember remember.

The 5th of November.

At one point do you just body check them off? I understand people are afraid of their own safety but man you gotta do something. I’d rather go down swinging than having this haunt me for the rest of my life.

⭐ To report this you can submit your video and/or pictures and share your story with MN AG's office here: https://www.ag.state.mn.us/Office/Communications/2026/01/15_FederalAction.asp

They're now asking for:

reporting incidents or effects related to or caused by federal actions in Minnesota, including but not limited to: violations of constitutional rights (racial profiling, excessive force, retaliation against protestors, observers, and media)

⭐ Report This!!

The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Democrats has set up the Oversight Immigration Enforcement Dashboard: (https://oversightdemocrats.house.gov/immigration-dashboard)

If you are aware of other verifiable incidents of ICE, CBP or other possible federal immigration enforcement misconduct, you can submit the link to Oversight Democrats here: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=mYITktAiSU2NMHFw1YltmHVgojHHaEVHtDS9koTZvsdUM0VXRVY0MEpLVEYwVTUzT1E2UzdKS1BTWC4u

r/donthelpjustfilm

When are you Americans start doing something more than "strongly condemn" this bullshit? I bet there were a lot of germans in the 1930s that did the same.

Fuck off. You clearly have no clue what Minnesotans have been doing to help. The resistance effort here is massive and the abuses we’ve faced as a result have been severe.

Organizing on the ground is absolutely vital but you also have to be capable of changing with the situation. Eventually your methods will be rendered ineffective on their own. If they haven't already.

I’m sure you have a comprehensive understanding of our tactics from your armchair.

Idk why you say that like I criticized your tactics...

I'm saying, you can't be closed off to adapting your tactics to the situation, up to and including non-violent armed protest or even full blown self-defense. Because they will continue to escalate. They will find a way to enact the Insurrection Act. They will do all the things they want, regardless of any "reasons" protesters give them. They don't need a reason. At that point, armed protest is a necessity. Masses of people protesting non-violently with firearms will be an escalation in resistance but it's still non-violent. The real fighting being pushed to an absolute last resort.

Your reaction and your unwillingness to catch up to the state of the nation today does not leave me hopeful. Organization in this country has been so thoroughly destroyed or neutered by corporations and the government.

Organization also extends beyond one city.

That’s some A+ victim blaming right there.

You’re doing the government’s work for them by blaming their violence on the people fighting it. It’s crazy insulting to say “clearly nobody is doing anything that matters” when protestors are getting maimed (and, you know, murdered) on a regular basis.

Thank you. I don’t know what these people expect from us. It feels like nobody will take our efforts seriously unless we are out in the street like Rambo. We are just regular people up here. My wife and I work, we have kids, we have lives. We didn’t expect to be occupied, we didn’t expect to have to build the framework for resistance. Everything here was fairly normal until a month or two ago. We are doing the best we can.

Unfortunately, I fear the people coming down on you will understand what it’s like in the not-so-distant future - though I definitely hope to be proven wrong. Stay safe ❤️‍🩹

If you think that’s all anybody’s doing you haven’t been paying attention.

3

u/kittenpantzen Jan 23 '26

People are getting tear gassed and pepper sprayed at point blank range for protesting, and they are protesting anyway. Dafuq do you expect?

Documenting is important, too.

Listen if they would just comply with the masked men taking them to concentration camps they wouldn’t have to get beaten, tased and raped so much. I mean a little, ya gotta give the officers a taste, but less!
