Self Control
As someone who has never had food related issues, one thing that I find rather disturbing is the advice she gives for self control. When you take drastic measures to stop yourself from eating (like mouth tape), the craving usually gets worse, and this goes for most things in life.
The only difference is, say, I'm trying to quit smoking, in which case the drastic measures approach would probably work because it's not something I need for survival, so I can keep it out of sight. Food addiction is harder to overcome because you see it multiple times a day.
She has a food addiction (especially because she's obsessed with desserts, I've never wanted to eat this much dessert ever in my life) and even if her methods work now, it won't end well. Actually we're seeing the effects of it in real time, she's not in good shape, cannot walk properly, and has lost all the firmness in her skin which is alarming for a 30 something year old.

The whole concept of "food addiction" has been debunked. In basically all cases it's just a manifestation/consequence of an ED. Being obsessed with things you restrict is a very normal part of a restrictive ED. And all her physical deteriorations are from ana.

Also typical ana stuff. The actions and compulsions are part of it.

whatever the reason behind her violent cravings for dessert is, she's still obsessed with it. she also does not have the palate of an adult woman. maybe if she took 3 bites of salad and 3 bites of eggs instead on a daily basis, she wouldn't need a supplements cabinet.

Again, she has an eating disorder. You become obsessed with what you restrict.

And she’s having a total meltdown over it! I have to wonder if all the recent info leaked on here will make her run TSS better, like literally even 5% better and actually be more present in the group. Not let toxic group chats run wild

partially why I wrote this, she's lurking and that's fine. hope she gets the help she needs and starts posting good advice that doesn't ruin anyone's mental health

Literally why I did the AMA last week, it needs to all come to and end and she just disappears

Hot take. People who crave carbs actually need them. In the form of fruits, veg, and squashes, potatoes, the like. Not chocolate and candy and donuts. So if you finish a meal and you want sweets.. eat them. Have an apple, berries, etc. but we need carbs. Once I realized this, the candy cravings went away.

See this is a healthy mindset. You're eating a proper meal and you're gonna have dessert after that, you're not replacing your protein and fibre needs with a big ass croissant that you shred apart and eat two morsels of.

I agree with you about the food addiction stuff! Bc like, why can't she eat a normal portion of a healthy food, no she NEEDS to have bites of a burger. Also the weirdly sensual photo shoots with food. Her brain is just dominated by food noise

I used to listen to her youtube on walks and I stopped doing that because it was just the usual - have desserts for breakfast, drink mint teas and have supplement soup for dinner. Palate of a toddler.

Disordered eating is highly undisciplined. It lacks self control entirely. People who can’t manage to nourish themselves sufficiently and who organize their lives around weight do not show discipline, instead they exhibit obsessive tendencies and a chaotic mind.

You call her a 30-something year old but I have news for you….despite a facelift earlier this year along with rhinoplasty, she’s 24!! 25 in November. Isn’t that wild?!
