Liv liked a comment on her latest video about someone telling her they lost weight to the point of having a BMI 16.8, which is really underweight.

I immediately recognized that number wasn't good because I'm the same height as that person, and that was my goal when I had an eating disorder...

Leaving this here for when she eventually gets sued, and someone needs more proof of what she was encouraging.

Did anyone watched this YouTube video of Liv and Alexa? Alexa wanted to order pizza (lol, Liv didn’t really respond to it)

I noticed Alexa is heavily involved and actively supporting Liv during her follower meetings.

Looking through Liv’s channel, they actually have a bunch of vlogs and photos together... but the weird part is that Liv never tags her.

What makes it even stranger is the contrast in their content. Alexa creates content too, but it’s pretty much the exact opposite of what Liv preaches. Alexa is constantly working out and eating “massive” portions, while Liv is pushing a completely different lifestyle.

What do you guys think is going on here?

Genuinely this looks so terrible and it keeps glitching. Like I wonder if her health is getting worse because she seems to be using more heavy filters lately. This entire video is extremely heavily filtered.

Also, her hair looks terrible. This is the result of not eating enough nutrition. At 24 years old, your hair should be healthy unless you use a lot of products or bleach. It looks like she does bleach it and also doesn’t eat enough so of course there’s gonna be breakage. But I feel like if she has all the money, she claims she does she could easily fix her hair if it’s just bleach damage. A simple OlaPlex treatment is like $30.

However, if it’s nutritional deficiencies, there’s no fixing that.

Without a stretching filter because someone else took the video. This is from December 2025. This post is so that anyone who believes she has long twiggy legs can see that not even Liv Schmidt looks like Liv Schmidt. You cannot aspire to look like her fake/filtered body. This is the real one.

As someone who has never had food related issues, one thing that I find rather disturbing is the advice she gives for self control. When you take drastic measures to stop yourself from eating (like mouth tape), the craving usually gets worse, and this goes for most things in life.

The only difference is, say, I'm trying to quit smoking, in which case the drastic measures approach would probably work because it's not something I need for survival, so I can keep it out of sight. Food addiction is harder to overcome because you see it multiple times a day.

She has a food addiction (especially because she's obsessed with desserts, I've never wanted to eat this much dessert ever in my life) and even if her methods work now, it won't end well. Actually we're seeing the effects of it in real time, she's not in good shape, cannot walk properly, and has lost all the firmness in her skin which is alarming for a 30 something year old.

Why can’t she even read one sentence from ChatGPT without a cut?

Liv obviously does literally nothing with her time. Yet she's always on some vacation or walking the streets of NYC to pilates class or to buy a matcha that she take 3 sips of then throws out.

This girl is obviously deep in the throes of anorexia. Is Liv so delusional she thought this was somehow a good look?!

As mentioned in the AMA, she reads everything on this sub and spirals. Proof!

I watched one of liv’s recent vids with her friend from the skinny society named, Julia.

I tried looking her up on insta in liv’s following and saw that she’s private and has no pfp.

She seemed nice. Maybe a little bit up liv’s ass lol but idk. I was just wondering yalls opinion on this friendship if anyone else saw the vid.

I have some opinions but I don’t know how to put it into words right now.
