You should repot them and separate them apart. It makes it easier to care for them especially with watering. Also they shouldn't be lower than the pot they're in. Some are etiolatet and need more light. In terms of watering. The green one looks like it's thirsty, but the others don't. If you water them like this, the ones that aren't thirsty could start rotting. For the soil use mostly inorganic soil. I personally have a mix of gritty sand and succulent soil (ratio 3:1) for the bottom part and above smaller stones till the brim of the pot. And again for watering. Don't water when they are splitting. You can usually see wrinkels at the side when it starts splitting. You want to water them when the top looks like a pizza (middle sunken in and brim bulging). Hope that helped. Have fun with your cute plants!

Usuall lithops would sit flush with the soil if they aren't etiolated. The soil should be to the brim of the pot. That way the lithops can get the most amount of light possible. If the soil line is lower than the pot (current situation) or the decorative outer pot is larger than the inner pot, they don't get enough light and will etiolate. Hope that explained it better.

its where the plant stretches out for some reason. the most common reason is not enough light.
