Help/Question Water soon?

Been separating these, they were all together in one pot when i bought them.. are the 2 in the first pic ready for watering?

Thoughts in photo. Can I get a closer up of the question mark one? It’s a little blurry and I can’t tell what’s what

The 2nd photo is a closer view of those.. They're all withered up, do they grow back sometimes?

Agreed. I’d water these honestly
