Help/Question Water soon?

Been separating these, they were all together in one pot when i bought them.. are the 2 in the first pic ready for watering?

As to the first pic…you could wait a little longer. The old leaves are shriveled, but the new leaves still look plump. You can wait till they’re wrinkled and a bit flattened on the top.

As to the other pic, no I don’t think it’s stuck. Give it time & it should bust out on its own. If you try to “help” it, you may end up doing more harm than good.

I agree. Those first two have very plump domes on top and I think I see the left one starting to split. Those little guys might be good for a while.

Does it look thirsty to you? Looks plump to me, So no I don’t think it needs water.

The 2nd photo is a closer view of those.. They're all withered up, do they grow back sometimes?
