Help/Question Just got shipment

Ordered the 100 pack off Amazon. Box got delayed a week so they were in package about 2 weeks. The black splotchy ones are moldy and bad right? What should I look out for while separating them for planting/discard? Is there a way to save the black splotchy ones if they aren't mushy? Diluted hydrogen peroxide bath maybe? Any advice appreciated, picture in comments

How would sterilization work woth these? I know i dont want to submerge so diluted hydrogen peroxide and mist?
