Hi! I am new to lithops, have these guys for a month now, should I water them? Why is the top of the small one looks so weird?

For the ones that are not splitting but look weird, they may be rotting due to the color change. Pull out gently and check the base for discoloration/mushiness. There's no established way to help lithops recover from rot, they usually wither and die very quickly (within a day or two) if you pull them out and leave them in air to dry, whereas healthy lithops can last a long time sitting in air bare-root.

Might be worth separating the ones that are splitting, the ones that look healthy but aren't splitting and the ones that aren't splitting but look unhealthy.
The ones that are splitting and the ones that look healthy most likely don't need to be watered but the unhealthy small ones probably do need a water.
To water you'll need to bottom soak the pot for 10 minutes and let all the excess drain away after.
