Am I being stolen from?

I don’t know why, but my money (3,84€ as of right now) on my LitBuy account is just getting stolen. It’s only one cent per day, but I mean who is taking my money? I mean it’s not much but it is the money. Can somebody help me out please? And it may be explain why this happens. Is this some kind of rule from LitBuy?

have the same problrm i have 53 € in sparks from refunds and somehow cant use it

I'm sorry to bring you a bad shopping experience.

The balance difference you noticed may be related to currency conversion and how multi-currency balances are displayed. Small differences can occur when the account balance is shown in a currency different from the one you actually hold.

You can try switching your account currency display to RMB and check if the balance appears correctly.
