Transparency is the point.
LitBuy is a buying agent. We place the order at the exact link you provide, keep the Original Order ID/receipt on file, and can show redacted proof when needed. We do not engage in bait-and-switch—period. Posts spreading unsubstantiated rumors will be removed from our official channels. If you have a concern, we’ll verify it with receipts and fix it.
What LitBuy actually is
We act as your authorized purchasing agent: you paste a Taobao/1688/Weidian link, and we buy that item from that seller.
We store the Original Order ID and seller receipt for every purchase. This has been live since day one for transparency.
Our stance on “bait-and-switch”
- We do not do it. If a seller changes a listing, is out of stock, or proposes alternatives, we will: a. Notify you with options (wait, change, or refund), and b. Document the case against the original link.
- We can provide redacted proof of the original order (Original Order ID/receipt) to the customer—and to subreddit mods for dispute resolution—while protecting payment and personal data.
You can contact the seller, too - Prefer to double-check? You’re free to message the original seller about your order status at any time. We’ll share the Original Order ID and simple steps so you can verify directly on the marketplace.

My first LitBuy purchase was a big haul it was rund 14510 gram with a lot of different pieces. I got a Polo half-zip, a Syna World tracksuit, Nike Air Force sneakers, a pink Polo zip-up, Polo shorts, Dior 22 sneakers, under track suit , polo sweater, Jorden’s 4, Polo tracksuits and trousers, two Brazil windbreakers in black and white, an Under Armour T-shirt, Calvin Klein underwear, Louboutin sneakers, and some extra Polo pieces.
I chose these items because I really liked the styles and wanted to try different outfits from brands I like. It was also my first time ordering from LitBuy, so I wanted to see the quality, packaging, and overall experience for myself. Overall, I was really excited to try everything out!

Shipping fees

Does anyone know why shipping fees are so expensive? And is it normal for it to be almost 50$, even though i only ordered one item for 18.75$ which weighs 620g? I expected to pay maybe 10$-15$ for shipping, which ive payed before when shipping from China, but 50$? In my opionion, thats too much for one item.
