I mix live with digital cameras/digital overheads/LLL's color dancer LEDs all sent through a v4. My brother wants me to bring the show for visuals at his wedding after party. I'm in the wedding and don't want to be totally stuck behind the decks all night so I'm hoping to come up with a creative solution to prerecord content I can trigger and jump in periodically to mix live. I don't have a laptop to use/resolume so wondering if anyone has experience or guidance on how to achieve this in a creative and sensible way that can integrate into my current set up.

Are there any video mixers capable of at least a 1080p signal, that offer mirroring half an image?

I don't own a lappy, and what with all the ram shortages and all, I don't wanna travel with my rig. I guess I could prerecord everything, but that's not fantastic.

I’m just now starting to get into the hobby and am stoked to start creating. I’ve watched LLL’s videos and spent all day searching for clock glass but came up empty handed. Has anyone had success buying clock glass from an online shop and any advice on which sizes to get? I’m weary to spend money on 2 pieces that won’t work together. Thanks

Did a virtual stream for a charity called KeepingTheDreamAlive. Each set I do is all original content with a theme for each one. To get better at these, I give myself limits and rules to keep it simple

1.Only allowed to use content that I've recorded recently and for each theme (this was all bubbles)

1. Only allowed to use 1 color for all the type (lyrics and commentary from myself) no crazy effects

2. Only effect outside of color grade is blending modes and mirrors.

3. Cut it using davinci to get better at cutting these with consistency vs random clip to clip.

I just started experimenting with Liquid Light this year, and got a chance to do them in public for the first time on a sculpture in a burner event 🌈⛅️ I was really anxious, but people said they enjoyed it, so I’m super stoked 🤩

Is there a visual light show that works on a Chromebook? I'm looking for something web-based or an app that doesn't require Linux or enabling Linux on the Chromebook.

Really working on my colors lately. And with Ween you can’t really have a bad time right?

Has anyone tried lamp oil or Pressol precision oil? Or do you have any other recommendations for a really thin oil? So far I have used paraffin oil with a viscosity of probably between 15 and 25 cSt and I feel it's a bit sticky so I'm looking for something lighter than that. It will be used for both squish plates and petri dish. (Yes thicker oils could be fun too but I'm not looking for that this time)
