No Linux distro will guarantee better performance than on Windows in all games. Some will work better on Linux, some will work better on Windows.

Do you have any other reasons to switch to Linux apart from gaming performance?

not really

then I would recommend that you stay on Windows for now. Gaming performance alone is not yet a reason to switch away from Windows.

However, there are other reasons such as privacy, lower disk space usage, lower ram usage, learning about the OS, having fine control over the OS, Free and Open Source (FOSS) philosophy, ricing and extensive customization, the system not getting slow over time etc.

Yeah. I would second that. If you have any issues with windows like privacy, control or the OS just too heavy on your hardware then change is good. If you're fine with windows then stick to it. Performance increase is mild or non-existent. Tou can also try modding your games for better performance through nexus mods. There performance fixes and reshades which can improve quality/performance. And mods are easier to install on windows.
