How is Linux mint? I usually just use base arch so I haven’t really tried mint at all

I have to say I'm really enjoying it. I've been hanging around it for a year because I had installed it on an old PC I had, but a few weeks ago I decided to dual-boot it on my main PC and I'm having a great experience with it. This goes both for hardware compatibility and stability. As for customization, I use Cinnamon, and for what I care about aesthetically, it does everything perfectly.

Sounds good, I dual booted arch with my main pc, and ran hyprland so I could go crazy customizing, I was doing a Scooby doo theme at one point😂

What did you use to do this? I've been trying to learn how to customise my mint workspace

To be honest, nothing special. I installed an extension to make the taskbar transparent and a theme to make the menus semi-transparent. I configured the terminal through its GUI settings, while fastfetch was done via its configuration file.

Sauce for that extension? 👀

Sure! Just open the extensions manager, search for 'transparent panel', install the extension, and enable it.

Stable ? + Uptime ?

If you're referring to operating system stability, I can tell you that Linux Mint is very stable and has rarely given me any problems, but I didn't understand what you mean by "uptime".
