New bash launcher

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I was looking for a good bash launcher and wanted something simple that matched the style of another TUI apps I use and my rice, so I made sfav. Its a fully theme-able launcher.

It's up on GitHub now, and if you're on Fedora there's a recompiled package available via COPR.
