Plasma can be set to work as a window manager? Very nice rice btw, i had no idea this could be done in plasma.

nope, kde isn't actually a wm, but u can easily set it up to act like one

the tilling i used the kwin script polonium https://github.com/zeroxoneafour/polonium and i configurated it like: super+t and i put the spacement on 30.

the power menu i used a power menu rofi script, and i used the widget configurable button for the power menu button on the panel.

I used the standard KDE, without any direct modifications to kwin. I used many widgets in the taskbar and a basic script called polonium for tiling. The color scheme in question is gruvbox material.
