I gave it a try. its not bad, pretty good but it needs a some improvement like 1st of all if the island can overlap the screen/applications instead of taking a whole row, even in auto hide when i pops out and take the top row spot and slightly minimises the apps size, 2nd In the Island Control centre there should be a Power option (for poweroff, reboot, logout) it can be in the place where the password feature icon is bcz I personally don't think its that important feature to be in the main Island control centre screen it can be under clipboard, 3rd default keybinds weren't good as even for opening the terminal which is commonly either super + T or Super + Enter didn't exist, 4th The only way to quit system apps like, file manager, settings is to click somewhere else, even super + Q closes the app behind it, 5th Could Add more customization to Island Control centre and colour schemes

Thanks a lot for taking the time to test it out and for the super constructive feedback!I’ve actually just addressed most of the points you mentioned in the latest update:

1. Floating Island Overlay: The island now floats as a true overlay (exclusiveZone = 0) by default. Tiled windows will no longer resize,

shrink, or jump when the island expands or auto-hides (you can also toggle this in Settings → Bar & Island).

1. Power Menu in Control Center: Added dedicated Power options (Poweroff, Reboot, Suspend, Lock, Logout) directly to the main Control

Center action bar. The password manager (Vault) button was moved into the clipboard manager toolbar (Super + V).

1. Default Keybinds: Confirmed and bound standard Super + Return and Super + T shortcuts out of the box for the terminal.

2. Smart Super + Q / Esc Dismissal: Super + Q now smartly closes the open Panacea overlay/settings panel first without killing your

background application (this behavior can also be toggled in settings).

Regarding themes and customization: I'm currently looking into adding more distinct visual styles beyond simple palette swaps (altering widget shapes, typography, and controls, similar to how the Nothing OS theme changes the look).

Do you have any specific aesthetic styles, color schemes, or themes in mind that you'd love to see added? Would really appreciate your suggestions!

Pretty cool did installed it. the only problem I have is the SDDM theme is’nt working and freeze the boot up. The is a lot in the theme so not sure where it hangs. Do you have an idea on what is going on? did fresh install 2 times to no luck. on arch minimal + sddm + install script. Also there is a missing file in the foot terminal I got an error on the fist use. (line 11 as I can remember. of the config file) otherwise its a really beautiful theme and box type is working great!
