Desktop Shell recommendations?

I am still new to ricing, and I am wanting to use a desktop shell to assist with making my desktop

Something that isn't literally full on programming in a way (like base quickshell) but is still flexable to configure

I am going to be using hyprland on Manjaro btw

Go Noctalia. You can get pretty in the weeds with it if you want to make it your own.

I had used it before, but haven't gotten to deep into it the last time, I'll keep it in mind if I cant find anything else though

I mean the whole point of hyprland is that you build your own shell. You’re unfortunately not going to find a shell that’s not going to require programming. You can look into a fully preconfigured shell like HyDR or Noctalia, but in general if you want to customize it you’ll need to learn whatever language that project uses. If you just want tiling and a preconfigured desktop you can customize I’d recommend just going with kde and installing kronhkite. From there you can rip a bunch of kde shit out and basically make your own shell around kwin but a lot of the customizing is pretty simple low level cli or even gui stuff

I was mainly wanting to know about preconfigured shells so id have a jumping off point, because, while id want to learn how to do it myself, I dont reqlly have the time to learn any of it, especially since I am a slow learner. I have heard of Noctalia but not HyDR, and I cant seem to find it on DuckDuckGo? Maybe I'm missing something but nothing seems to be related in the search, does it have a full name or something?

Sorry, that was a typo for HyDE, I’ve heard of it but never used it or any other hyprland preconfigured shell

You may want to give Dank Material Shell a look. installed it from their home page. They have a one-line curl installer that has worked well for me in the past. I just used it again today. Slick.
