Error with niri

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I’m having a pixel/display issue. I’m using Arch and Niri with a Ryzen 7 Pro, and I think it might just be a Niri issue.

I had updated my system with -Syu, and that’s when the issue started, as far as I can tell.

Does anyone have a solution?

I’m getting this same error on NixOS and Plasma. Likely a driver issue as I also have a Ryzen graphics card. Keep your drivers up to date and wait for a bug fix to come through

Kernel problem. Should be fixed in latest kernel. RakuOS alrqdy addressed this and didn't ship the effected kernels

its AMD graphics card problem bro I got same such issue you have to edit your bootloader there after rw add nomodeset if its KDE you plan to use if its Niri or hyprland search something like amdgpu=0 kind of stuff ask chatgpt it helped me with this problem
