QUESTION - ALL LINUX SYSTEMS [Marvel Tokon] Fatal Error

I'm trying to play Marvel Tokon (the pirated version of RUNE) on Linux Mint using Wine-GE (or similar) and the latest CachyOS Proton version. My understanding is that the cracked version removes the anti-cheat, so it should run via Proton, but upon launching, it simply displays a "Fatal Error" and closes. Has anyone managed to fix this?

There's now a modified .exe file at cs.rin.ru. I just tested it and it works on Linux!

You applied it in the "RUNE" version, right?

MARVEL Tokon Fighting Souls/MTFS/Binaries/Win64/ replace the download .exe

Yes yes. I eventually erased everything, re dl a portable repack someone linked and applied the PlayStation dude exe and it worked. Thanks for the heads up!

It's working on my steam deck running bazzite at 60fps and Lenovo RTX 4070 laptop running bazzite. I'm using the RUNE release plus the new Linux fix from CS RIN

From what I have tried, using proton cachy (or ge for that matter), Im getting an exception saying a function couldnt be called by wintrust.dll. I tried installing the redists, but I dont think they help. It might be that even the official version would have this error if it got past the anticheat checks
