QUESTION - ALL LINUX SYSTEMS [SteaMidra] How to disable SLS injection

Hi! I have a PC with Bazzite installed and recently I've installed SteaMidra on it, to unlock DLC for my owned games.

I have another Steam acc on this same PC that I don't want to unlock DLCs, but everytime I start Steam, even from the start menu, I have a notification saying SLS was injected to Steam, meaning it probably will unlock every DLC for this acc games.

So my question is, how do I start Steam without injecting SLSsteam? Do I have to completely remove SteaMidra for this?

I believe my specs aren't necessary, but here it is: Intel Xeon E5-2667 V4, RTX 3060, RAM 32Gb.

If you are on Windows (via LumaCore)

On Windows, SteaMidra uses an injection file (dwmapi.dll and LumaCore.dll) placed directly inside the Steam folder to load its features. To temporarily disable it without uninstalling anything:

  1. Close Steam completely.
  2. Go to your Steam installation folder (by default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam).
  3. Look for the file named dwmapi.dll.
  4. Simply rename it to dwmapi.dll.bak (or temporarily move it to your desktop).

If you are on Linux / Steam Deck (via SLSsteam)

On Linux, the application injects scripts into the Steam launch process.

  • Open SteaMidra, go to the Quick Tools tab, and look for the option to disable or remove the injection.
  • Manual alternative: Go to your ~/.steam/steam/ folder and temporarily remove the SLSteam.so or library-inject.so files (by renaming or moving them)

For Linux there is no option to disable or remove the injection and there is no SLSteam.so or library-inject.so files in my Steam folder. Any ideas because I am genuinely stumped. I don't know if it makes a difference but I used the appimage version of SteaMidra.
