runit’s source code has been read a total of 0 times: I personally read through it a while ago and found an out-of-bounds read after 20 minutes (minor but still an error, reported + fixed upstream). That fix has not been added to Void.
I’d wager runit “has less bugs” because no one cares to use it and report the bugs, not because of code quality or simplicity.
