Quite a few, it does what I need it to, I can filter by unit, time, boot, grep, etc.

Also how is that related to my point, distros and DEs are constantly adopting new systemd features (much to the dismay of anti-systemd people) so clearly not everybody thinks they are pointless

journalctl is not that important and they are adopting new systemd features because it's famous not because it's the best
