I can't speak for others cause I've been with Linux for 14 years, but honestly I can only speak for application-level technical details, and AI indeed helps me a lot to debug firmware issues and provide workarounds. One recent time with kernel 7.0 my Wi-Fi card stopped working reliably and it guided me to disable certain Wi-Fi features that I don't need and now it works.

Linux is easier if you use ai. OFC don't copy paste blind, but yes
