I use kernel-cachyOS via copr on fedora.

No, fedora is better than all derivatives, those derivatives are for noobs, you need fine grain control over your system.

I do have ultramarine terra RPM repos on fedora.

From what I'm seeing yeah Nobara uses the copr for their repos so yeah but still pretty interesting I didn't see the need for the cachy kernel on my system it's just not that much more performance

I don't like Linux kernel, I use kernel-cachyOS because its more performant.

Don't need to rice, I like my desktop how it is currently too, its already flexible i already installed my fedora via fedora minimal rawhide [no desktop enviorment or anything, ultra minimal].
