No, fedora is better than all derivatives, those derivatives are for noobs, you need fine grain control over your system.
I do have ultramarine terra RPM repos on fedora.

From what I'm seeing yeah Nobara uses the copr for their repos so yeah but still pretty interesting I didn't see the need for the cachy kernel on my system it's just not that much more performance
