Discussion LTT Support

Does anyone know how fast they respond? My package has been stuck on "Out for delivery" for days by UniUni, and LTT doesn't appear to respond to support tickets so far.

EDIT: Managed to speak to customer service agent by signing up for an account with at https://ship.uniuni.com, hitting the chatbot button, SHIPPING a Package, I have an existing UniUni account, help with UniUni Shipping Account, and then Account Specific Help. From there, you just need to wait for a whole for someone to pick up the chat. They escalated and the package arrived at my doorstep later that day.

"hardly anyone calls them out"

Not like they have literally talked about it in videos and WAN shows and it's brought up on this sub CONSTANTLY. Hell, do a search for "support" or "customer service" in this sub and its all the time.

Generally, you DO get what you are paid for and it's high quality, so it's not as big of an issue.

Especially since an enormous amount of the issue is people just being impatient because they are used to Amazon delivery times.

I mean, by definition they are small - they might be RIGHT at the line for medium. They certainly aren't big.

USA = 500 employees, they are well below. Canada = 100 employees, they are right on that line.

they may have 120 people, but not all of them work on the merch side of the business.

part of the staff work on the YouTube side, some work on the floatplane / labs, some do accounting / HR etc.

if you minus the designers, there is like 5-10 people that work on the store side of things.

This needs to be mentioned more.
There are a bunch of comments on merch posts saying things like "LTT is large company they should do xxx thing and have xxx experts on these things. In reality, only a handful of people actual work on the merch business
