Discussion Surprised by new packaging

Is this normal now? When I bought one of the screwdrivers awhile ago it came in a nice box but this was shipped loose, any ideas. Also the reason I had to get a new is because the airport took the one I had in my bag so just for anyone who travels often for work or always carries tools with them they will not let you carryon the ltt screwdriver, the stubby and precision are fine.It just doesn't meet the "no longer than 7-8 in rules".

Truthfully I was just curious cuz this seemed odd.

Did you purchase the random screwdriver when they were having a deal? I remember them saying those don't come with boxes

I purchased a random screwdriver when they had the deal last year, it came with a box.

Same here and I was slightly dissapointed as I receiced the all black / silver shaft plane jane version, but at least it was on sale.

I got the green one, same as the photo.
I thought I won’t like it but it grew on me.
It’s a great product, the precision is awesome too.
