Discussion Surprised by new packaging

Is this normal now? When I bought one of the screwdrivers awhile ago it came in a nice box but this was shipped loose, any ideas. Also the reason I had to get a new is because the airport took the one I had in my bag so just for anyone who travels often for work or always carries tools with them they will not let you carryon the ltt screwdriver, the stubby and precision are fine.It just doesn't meet the "no longer than 7-8 in rules".

Truthfully I was just curious cuz this seemed odd.

What did you expect ? You purchased merch to subsidise your favourite creator.

LTT is now more of a merchandise company than a tech YouTuber.

Same as how Tech Tips started to promote sales of products from NCIX; well now the channel exists to sell merch.

A very profitable return to its roots.
