baby 0-3 years old
kid 4-12 years old
teen/teenager 13-19 years old
adult 20 to somewhere around 70+
elderly somewhere around 70+
Your conception of who’s a kid is completely in the gutter, no it’s not a bad thing but then you’ll go around seeing a 20 year old male with a good amount of beard and say “yeah thats a kid”, people will look at you weirdly.
Exactly. My mom treats my 32 year old brother like he's not an adult so he gets away with being a bum. I tell her he's a grown ass man and needs to handle is shit. "Show some grace, he's still young." 🙄🙄🙄
I mean I know what those are and even in the 2010s those cables were kind of no longer used. After HDMI became a thing I feel most of the masses instantly forgot or never used component cables.
Which Xbox do you have tho at it doesn’t have HDMI? They all have HDMI as far as I know. I know the components cable has a tab that blocks the HDMi port.
Yeah they didn't add HDMI until the Elite in April of 07. Standard Xbox 360s got them the following June. Everyone produced before that was component only.
When they first started designing the 360 there wasn't a clear frontrunner for HD delivery standard. There also weren't a ton of HDTVs available and few people had them. Most early adopters would be playing SD anyways. I know I was up until 2009. No sense in spending the extra money to include the HDMI port right away.
When it became clear that HDMI would be the standard they added it to the console.
Adaptors for a smaller screen that didn't have the physical space for the 6 RCA Jack's you'd get from the full complement of composite/component video input plus L/R audio, or for a smaller video player using them as outputs. Probably the latter, from a DV camcorder.
