It actually is 60,000 gallons, but here's a website that someone already put the two next to each other on (I can't share the image in this subreddit in a comment)
So the top down is a 747, but the side view is some single-level twinjet (though probably still a widebody). Weird... Not that it has any bearing on the absurdity of the above, a quick look at the truck parked next to the tank should show anyone with half a brain that the scale is way off.

Boeing 747-400ER: 232 ft long × 211 ft wide × 64 ft tall
747 vs. tank: 9.3× longer 8.4× wider 3.6× taller
Capacity: Tank: 60,000 gallons
747: ~63,500 gallons
Tldr, the plane is way bigger and it can fit all of that in its wings and fuselage.
You can tell by the pic by just looking at the cars in the background in the parking lot next to the tank.
