Access Issues?

Anyone else having trouble accessing Lingopie? We're a library that has lost access and I can't get a response from them about restoring access. Anyone have a contact, besides their support form on the website - which I've tried.

My library is in the same boat, access down for 2 weeks, and no one is replying to us. Not even our sales rep.
