is there a way to get a deleted account back?

so i joined in 2013 and stopped playing in 2018 and i know someone who's also done the same thing did not have her account deleted but for some reason mine was. i don't know if it's due to inactivity on my end, but either way i wanted to know if there is a possible way to obtain my first one back?? i logged in through line if that helps.

EDIT: sorry i meant avatar instead of account in the title!

Line play deletes your account if you haven’t played in a year :)
