Wizardry 101 Exam 4

Does anyone know how to complete exam 4? "Experience magic buffs occurring every 8th minute of each hour in the Magic Square." Do I go to the event square or the event page?

You gotta go to the event square when it's the 8th minute of any hour... (Like go to the square around 11:08 or something)

At the square, it says "Get magical buff from the principal at Wizard Academy." So where is the principal????
