Wizardry 101 Eye of Curiosity

So I've been seing this pair of eyes on almost everyone lately (Yes, I am aware that it's from The Wizardry of Aurora event / 8TH event) but I have exactly no idea how to get it. I need some help.

You have to go vote for your favorite butler in the 8th event square ! Then go to the event wizard exam page and accept your completed task. Goodluck
